- Authors' articles are received only through the system.
- The article must be prepared and processed according to the journal's author guidelines.
- When submitting article files to the system, please be careful that two main files (the article without mentioning the author/authors' details) and a specification file (the full text of the article with the exact details of the author/authors on the first page) are sent.
- After completing the submission and receiving the registration code, the article is placed in the initial review. At this stage, the article is reviewed along with the authors' details, and therefore it is necessary that the specification file entered by the author in the system includes the full text of the article and the authors' details.
- The initial review period for the article is three weeks from the date the article is registered by the author.
- After the initial review, a decision will be made on sending the article to the reviewers. At this stage, the main file of the article without the authors' details is sent to at least two specialized reviewers, depending on the subject. It is obvious that if the files are not entered correctly in the system, it is not possible to submit articles for review, and accordingly, resubmission is reminded that if the files are not entered correctly, the journal has no obligation to evaluate the submitted articles.
- Articles that meet the required quorum in the reviewers' evaluation will be reviewed and re-evaluated in accordance with the journal's policies at the quarterly editorial board meeting.
- The article acceptance certificate will be presented to the authors after it is approved by the members of the editorial board at the editorial board meeting. Otherwise, despite the reviewers' approval, the article does not meet the necessary criteria for publication in the journal's opinion and will be considered rejected.
- Reviewing and evaluating each received article is a three- to four-month process, which may take up to five months, including the acceptance, printing, and publication process.
- Articles are received solely through the system, and the quarterly journal has no obligation to review articles sent to the email addresses of the respected members of the editorial board.
